I use the Founder Institute’s FAST (Founder / Advisor Standard Template) agreement for advisor engagements and usually also like to invest in the companies I work with. My involvement can be on a bi-weekly basis, ad hoc as needed or project specific (commonly fundraises).

Coaching

The entrepreneurial journey is tough. The highs are often fleeting and the lows can subjectively be terrifying. I help Founders and CEOs who are on this path by being a sounding board, emotional support, accountancy partner, trainer or just a listener.

My philosophy depends on the situation and can range from being compassionate and empathetic to giving tough love. Radical candour is non-negotiable and so is cognitive safety.

Open to different compensation models from equity to retainer to hourly.
